芝麻烤雞腿 Baked Sesame Chicken Leg

材料:
大雞腿 1支
馬鈴薯 1顆
蒜仁 5顆
Ingredients:
1 large chicken leg
1 potato
5 garlic cloves
醃料:
醬油 1小匙
細砂糖 1小匙
香油 1大匙
白芝麻 1小匙
薑末 少許
Marinade:
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
A small amount of minced ginger
作法:
1. 大雞腿洗淨,將雞腿肉內側劃一刀,備用。
2. 將馬鈴薯去皮,再切成小塊;蒜仁切碎,備用。
3. 所有調味料一起放入容器中攪拌均勻,再加入作法1的大雞腿略醃漬15分鐘。
4. 將作法3醃漬好的雞腿放入已預熱的烤箱,以170℃的烤箱中,烤約25分鐘即可。
Preparation Method:
1. Wash off the large chicken leg, cut along the inside meat with a knife, flattening it evenly and set aside.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces; chop up the garlic cloves and set aside.
3. Put all the seasonings together into a container and mix, then add the large chicken leg from step 1 to the marinade for 15 minutes.
4. Put the marinated chicken leg into an oven preheated to 170℃ and bake for about 25 minutes.
